Terms and Conditions For Membership Card
1. The AchieveMore Education (the “AME”) Membership Card (the “Card”) is owned and operated by the AME. Each member is bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Only individuals can apply for the Card. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate.
3. The card is non-transferable and only used by the cardholder and his or her family members. Each family may only hold one Card and the cards may not be held jointly.
4. Please ensure to bring along and present your original membership card prior to applying the membership benefits.
5. Cardholder is usually charged the annual membership fee for one-year period of validity from date of issue. Cardholder can renew the card by paying the annual fee to keep the membership. For any cases of losing or damaging the card result in a replacement, the replacement fee of CAD$10 will be charged, and the new card will have the same expiry as the original card.
6. The membership and related card cease automatically after expiry date, if the member does not renew the membership as request as this terms and conditions.
7. The privilege supporting listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other AME materials, programs, courses, activities and so on may be different. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such information through the AME website, the membership newsletters, fliers, e-mail, e-news and other media.
8. AME membership benefits is void where prohibited by law and all conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law, are excluded to the fullest extent, permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
9. AME reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits and other features, of the Card including these terms and conditions or to terminate the Card program at any time. Although AME will use reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect of all the terms and conditions of the Card. Any use of the program by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. AME will not be liable for loss or damage resulting there from.
10. AME is not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failures or for fraud.
11. Withdrawing the membership, the refund will deduct administration fee of CAD$10 if any membership benefits are not employed yet; there is no refund if the membership benefit is employed already.
12. The card shall be retained if it has been fraudulently issued, misused, stolen, tampered or replaced.
13. The card may not be altered, tampered or modified in any manner.
14. If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are not affected and are valid and enforceable.
15. AME shall not be liable for any errors or omissions within these terms and conditions. AME reserves the right for final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
