Payment

• Full refund for withdrawal before the second class. No refund starting the second class but the balance can be  credit for the new term whenever the student wants to resume.
  

• No refund for missed classes. A student who misses fewer than two classes (inclusive) consecutively can extend the study period for the corresponding number of classes. Should a student have to miss more than 2 classes consecutively, a written notice by the parent or guardian has to be provided to the school at least 24 hours before the next class commences. Special accommodation can be reached on a case-by-case basis.
  

• Art supplies are not included in the course fee unless otherwise stated.
  

• Notice of seven days is required for any cancellation of cheques.
  

• A $25.00 service fee will be charged to NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques.
